The possibility of an unplanned pregnancy brings with it many questions, which is only natural. Pregnancy Services (formerly ACCESS) is here for you.<\/p>\n

Caring staff members and volunteers are here to support you during this time of uncertainty. Our client advocates are extensively trained to provide individualized support and referrals for all of your pregnancy-related concerns. Professional counseling services are available by referral.<\/p>\n

We offer the following FREE services*:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Pregnancy testing<\/li>\n
  • Education on adoption, parenting & abortion<\/li>\n
  • Referrals for prenatal care & community resources<\/li>\n
  • Ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy<\/li>\n
  • Online Medicaid enrollment by certified Medicaid enrollment specialists<\/li>\n
  • Diaper Bank that distributes diapers and wipes monthly.
    \nWhen you have an infant, diapers are an everyday necessity. Through a partnership with the Junior League of NOLA, we offer a supply of diapers and wipes per child, once every 30 days. Call (504) 832-1503 for more information about our Pregnancy Services Diaper Bank program.<\/em><\/li>\n

    Why an Ultrasound?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    \"\"At Pregnancy Services, complimentary ultrasounds are available to all women to confirm the pregnancy. All ultrasound examinations performed on patients at a pregnancy help medical clinic, like this one, are limited obstetrical ultrasounds. The purpose of such an ultrasound is to confirm the viability of the pregnancy and ensure that the client is not in danger of a miscarriage. (If there is risk of miscarriage, immediate medical attention is warranted.)<\/p>\n

    Once the pregnancy is confirmed, the client will truly be able to consider her options and make a decision. No one option is right for everyone \u2014 our goal is to help the client explore her individual situation and provide education to aid in the decision-making process.<\/p>\n
